satiated and not overly full

a new and wonderful year!
i have decided not to resolve to do things on a yearly basis, but to resolve to do them when i think of them. today, i have decided to eat as sustainably as possible. last term, i proved to myself that i could eat vegetarian for most meals and still survive; therefore, it does not seem so difficult to only purchase good meat to eat at home! …we will see, we will see…

dependable, cost-friendly quiche
i bought a lot of groceries which included many hearty greens, so that i may feed myself economically until the end of the semester, which is approaching so quickly now!

craving animal fat
in the term thus far, i have not had the problem of craving animals. partially because i try to eat some sort of animal every few days when eating consistently at home (or i get sick), and partially because i have been traveling often enough that i eat out and eat meat
